On the 'Beat It & Eat It' level, go as far to the right as possible. Instead of going down the ladder, switch to Mike to find a breakable wall.

Enter at the title screen for the corresponding effect. NOTE: Use the D-Pad for the directional presses. The name of the cheat will be displayed to confirm correct entry (with the exception of 'Blue Screen of Nerd', which will instead simply appear).

• Couch Guy

On the 'Future F*ckballs 2010' level, reach the red and blue disappearing platforms and continue right, through the lasers, and find him.

• Mike

On the 'Dungeons And Dickholes' level look for a door with a switch behind it and then use Couch Guy to reach the switch with his attack.

• Permanent Super Scope

At the 'Title' screen enter Y, A, B, B, A, Down, A, B, B, A. Use the D-Pad for the directional presses, if you have entered the code correctly the name of the cheat will be displayed as confirmation.
